    1 Before Using the Machine Preface Thank you for selecting the ApeosPort-V C7780/C6680/C5580, DocuCentre-V C7780/ C6680/C5580 (hereafter referred to as “the machine”). This guide describes how to operate the machine and the precautions you should follow during operation. To get the most out of the machine and to use it effectively, be sure to read this guide before use.

    Other cleaning materials may result in poor performance of the product. Never use aerosol cleaners to avoid catching fire and explosion. If you need to pull out a tray to remove paper jam, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative. Do not pull out a tray, otherwise it may cause injuries.
  • Page 26 Main Unit HCF B1-S If the circuit does not work properly, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative. Do not attempt to remove a paper deeply jammed inside the product, particularly a paper wrapped around the fusing unit or the heat roller. Otherwise, it may cause injuries or burns.

To move this product to another location, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative. Ventilate well during extended operation or mass copying. It may affect the office air environment due to odor such as ozone in a poorly ventilated room.

When this feature is enabled, the machine prints only the jobs of authenticated users. You can also configure the machine to store print jobs temporarily, and then print them from the machine’s control panel.
