Removing Front Enclosure Panel

Fill Condensate Trap with Water

Some of the following service steps require the removal of
the front enclosure panel. To avoid personal injury and/or
product damage of any kind please follow the instructions
below carefully when removing the front enclosure panel.
IMPORTANT
Close the main gas supply valve.
1. Remove the external accessories connection box
cover.
2. Loosen the screws at the bottom of the boiler as
shown (do not remove completely).
3. Slide out and remove front enclosure panel.
1. Remove retaining clip A from condensate trap B
and set aside.
2. Disconnect the condensate trap B and fill with
water.
3. Reinstall the condensate trap B and secure with the
retaining clip A.
