USING THE KONFTEL WITH BLUETOOTH

CONNECTING A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAIRED

A pairing means that the phone and the Konftel 55Wx save information about one
another. This information is saved, even if the connection is broken.
The connection is broken if:
The devices are far apart (Bluetooth has a range of about 10 metres).
You turn off Bluetooth in your mobile or in the Konftel 55Wx.
You decide to break the connection in the Konftel 55Wx ( ).
The next time your mobile and the Konftel 55Wx are within range of one another, you will
not need to pair them. Simply connect.
If your telephone supports pairing and connection via NFC, you hold it against the
NFC mark
, in the same way as for pairing, to connect it. NFC must be activated on
your mobile phone and the screen lit.
Do the following, if your phone does not support connection via NFC:
Press the
button to open the list of paired devices.
If the Konftel 55Wx is connected to another phone, the button is displayed with
Select your phone from the list and press
Your phone is reconnected to the Konftel 55Wx.
Bluetooth has to be turned on in your mobile. You can make the connection from your
mobile phone if you wish.
If you have a call in progress on your mobile phone, it is transferred to the Konftel 55Wx.
Some mobile phones try to connect automatically to a paired handsfree (Konftel
55Wx) when you make or receive a call.
