UNPACKING Your INSTINCT ABDOMINAL / LOWER BACK MACHINE is shipped in one or more shipping cartons. Each carton will gen- erally contain one subassembly of the entire unit. To unpack: Remove the shipping straps from the outside of each shipping carton. -

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Range-of-Motion Flywheel (4) Star Trac strongly recommends performing regular preventive maintenance on your STAR TRAC INSTINCT ABDOMINAL Continue to slide the leverage arm shaft (35) LOWER / BACK MACHINE. Without regularly scheduled maintenance, normal wear and tear may cause cumulative effects, such into the support bearing in the weight stack as misalignment or premature wear, resulting in downtime. -

CAUTION: BE SURE to keep the weight belt straight when installing the retaining screw (53) in the belt Instruct all users on the proper use of the INSTINCT ABDOMINAL / LOWER BACK MACHINE, as well as those actions retainer (45).
