UNPACKING Your INSTINCT ABDOMINAL / LOWER BACK MACHINE is shipped in one or more shipping cartons. Each carton will gen- erally contain one subassembly of the entire unit. To unpack: Remove the shipping straps from the outside of each shipping carton.
