10. Pico Flex cables (Both BJT and BCA versions)
- 6/XX/04 to 12/XX/06
- Replace "J2A" cable with 139900-1, replace "J2B" cable with 139899-1
- A "good" cable has a bead of glue on both ends of the cable top and bottom
11. Replace C36 and C39 with more reliable part
- All units to date.
- 139705-1 CAP, 0.33UF 50V 5% X7R 1206
13. Remove R565 the MOV
- Affects units prior to about June 2006
14. Replace loose hot melt glue, track down loose pieces and discard
- Remove loose hot melt between caps and add hot melt from the tops of capacitors as per current procedure.
CTS2000 and 3000 Models
1. Tech Note 177 Soft start inrush current
- Prior to date code 0094
2. Replace C527, C527X on base PWA 134579-8, 135019-7 [front end card] with more reliable part
- Affects units prior to about July 2006, (the old C527, C527X was a 1210 size part, the part was changed to a
smaller part on later revisions)
- Replace with 139705-1 CAP, 0.33UF 50V 5% X7R 1206
3. Remove R904 the MOV
- On units prior to about September 2006

4. Torque amplifier to output board assembly screws on solderable washers if needed
- All units to date
- Use "screw depth gauge" to determine if disassembly for step this is needed
- Engineering will design the depth gauge
