Cleanout Tool
This symbol points out important safety instruc-
tions which, if not followed, could endanger the
personal safety and/or property of yourself and
others. Read and follow all instructions in this
manual before attempting to operate this machine.

Your Responsibility
Restrict the use of this power machine to persons
who read, understand and follow the warnings
and instructions in this manual and on the ma-
chine.
A chute clean-out tool is fastened to the top of the auger housing with a mounting
clip. The tool is designed to clear a chute assembly of ice and snow.
This item is fastened with a cable tie at the factory. Cut the cable tie before operating
the snow thrower.
WARNING: Never use your hands to clear a clogged
chute assembly. Shut off engine and remain behind
handles until all moving parts have stopped before
using the clean-out tool to clear the chute assembly.
