Inserting the bobbin case / adjusting the bobbin thread tension

● Insert the bobbin 1 into the bobbin case 2 as shown in Fig. 9 - 04.
● Pass the thread through the slot under the spring as shown in Fig. 9 - 05.
● Adjust the thread tension by turning the screw 3.

When the thread is drawn off, the bobbin must turn in the direction shown
by the arrows.
Removing the bobbin case:

● Tilt the machine backwards.
● Raise the lever 1 and remove the bobbin
Inserting the bobbin case:
● Press the bobbin case 2 until you feel it
