Connection between SIM and DBB
- SIM_CLK, SIM_IO, SIM_RST
Check Points
- Contact between SIM and socket
- Soldering of SIM socket
Trouble Shooting
- Insert the SIM into socket
- Connect PIF_UNION Jig to the phone, and Power on
Trouble Shooting Procedure
- Check the power supply
- Check the soldering of SIM socket
- Check the SIM
START
The soldering of SIM connector
is OK?
Yes
The all paths connected
to J500 are OK?
Yes
The SIM Card is OK?
Yes
The ABB(IOTA) is broken.
Change the board.
Insert the SIM Card
No
Resolder the J500
No
Resolder the R500
No
SIM card is broken.
Change the SIM Card.
