3. BASEBAND PART TROUBLE SHOOTING
Receiver Trouble

Doe s sine wave appear
at R822, R823?
Conn ection between
FPCB and board is OK?
Soldering of CN501
and Receiver is OK?
FPCB is out of order.
Change the FPCB.
Speaker Trouble Shooting Setup
- Connect PIF-UNION Jig to the phone, and Power on
- Enter the engineering mode, and go to menu "Baseband
Trouble Shooting Procedure
- Check the voltage level of power supplies
- Check the sound path
- Check the sound level to the speaker
- Check the speaker and the soldering
Set audio part at test equipment
as PBRS or continuous wave, not echo. .
Set the audio volume Max.
