To change the incline of the treadmill, press the
Incline increase or decrease button or one of the
Quick % Grade buttons numbered 0 through 10.

setting.
5. Follow your progress with the displays.
When the
manual
mode is se-
lected, the
upper half of
the display
will show a
track that represents 400 m (1/4 mile). As you walk
or run, indicators will appear in succession around
the track until the entire track appears. The track
will then disappear and the indicators will again
begin to appear in succession.
The upper half of the display can also show the
elapsed time, the distance you have walked or
run, the speed of the walking belt, the approximate
number of calories you have burned, your pace in
minutes per kilometer, and the incline of the tread-
mill. Press the Priority Display button repeatedly
until the desired workout information appears.
The lower left corner
of the display will show
the elapsed time, the
distance that you have
walked or run, and
the incline level of the
treadmill. Note: When an onboard workout is se-
lected, the display will show the time remaining in
the workout instead of the elapsed time.
The lower right corner
of the display will show
the approximate num-
ber of calories you have
burned, the speed of the
walking belt, and your
pace in minutes per kilometer. The right side of the
display will also show your heart rate when you use
