Equipment Overview: Service Utilities
The following logons are "full-access" administrative accounts used to update
software and make changes to the operating system configuration.
The two accounts are separate but similar. One is for the site administrator, the other
for field service personnel.
The following table lists all logons associated with ApexPro Telemetry Server
service.

The Field Engineer (FE) laptop must be configured to the saem IP addressing
scheme as the ATS in order to connect to the ATS remotely within the hospital
intranet (used to gain access to ATS Webmin or the ATS desktop). To configure the
laptop perform the following steps.
Windows NT or Windows 98
From the Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.

2. Click the Network icon in the Control Panel window.
3. On the Protocol (or Configuration) tab, select the appropriate TCP/IP Ethernet
adapter for your network card.
4. Select Properties.
5. Record the current IP address and subnet mask so you can restore them later.
6. Click Specify an IP address.
