A. From the outside, pass the engine stop
switch lead, the clutch cable and the throttle
cable.
B. Align the throttle cable locating tape with the
cable guide.
C. Pass the throttle cable, clutch cable and
engine stop switch lead above the radiator
hose.
D. Clamp the throttle cable, clutch cable and
engine stop switch lead to the frame. Tighten
the clamp so that the throttle cable, clutch
cable and engine stop switch lead are not
pulled when the handlebar is turned to the
right and left. Do not cut the end of the clamp.
E. Clamp the throttle cable, clutch cable and
throttle position sensor lead to the frame.
F. Clamp the throttle cable and throttle position
sensor lead to the frame as illustration.
G. Pass the clutch cable in front of the center of
the cylinder head nut. When clamping the
cables at "E", make sure that the clutch cable
is located in front of the cylinder head nut as
shown in the illustration.
H. Range of clamp installation
I. Pass the air vent hose, overflow hose and
crankcase breather hose between the frame
and connecting rod.
J. Do not cut the end of the clamp.
K. Pass the throttle cable, clutch cable, throttle
position sensor lead and solenoid lead below
the frame (weld bead).
L. Locate the clamp ends in the arrowed range
and inside the radiator guard.
M. Locate the clamp ends in the arrowed range.
N. Locate the clamp ends in the arrowed range.
O. Pass the throttle cable behind the air vent
hose.
P. Pass the air vent hose, overflow hose and
crankcase breather hose so that they do not
contact the rear shock absorber.
Q. Install the right-side clamp within the range
"H". (Installation position of the clamp: 50–70
mm (1.97–2.76 in) from the bracket)
R. Install the left-side clamp within the range "H"
similar to the right-side clamp. (Installation
position of the clamp: 80–110 mm (3.15–4.33
in) from the bracket)
