1. Make sure that both the cable modem and the HW550-3G are switched off. 2. Connect the device shown in the diagram. 3. Using an Ethernet cable connect your Cable Modem to the Aztech HW550-3G’s WAN port. 4. Connect the power adapters on both cable modem and the Aztech HW550-3G.

8. Authentication page will pop-up, type admin for the username and admin for the password then click OK. 9. This will open the HW550-3G’s Web User Interface, Go to Wizard to setup your router. 10. Under Wizard Page click Next to proceed with the setup.

F r e q u e n t l y A s k e d Q u e s t i o n Page 3 of 5 12. Under Internet Connection Type page, select Ethernet WAN then click Next. 13. Under WAN, set the Connection Method to DHCP, Host name and other fields are optional. Click Next to proceed to the next step.

Page 5 of 5 16. Turn ON the cable modem and wait for the Online LED to become steady. 17. Go to your Aztech HW550-3G Web User Interface, under Home tab the Connection Status should be connected to Internet before accessing the Internet.
