RADIOOPERATION

ChoosingaRadioBand

Press the SRC button on the faceplate to select radio mode. The radio frequency
appears in the display panel together with the frequency memory band (FM1,
FM2, FM3, AM1 or AM2).
The unit has five preset memory bands - three FM Bands (FM1, FM2, and FM3) and
two AM Bands (AM1 and AM2). Each of the five bands can store up to six preset
stations, for a total of 30 preset memory stations.

In radio mode, press the BAND button on the faceplate to select the desired band.
The reception band will change in the following order:

Mono/StereoReceptionControl

The reception of distant stations may be improved by selecting "MONO" operation.
"MONO" operation may cut down some reception noise.

display panel.
2. Rotate the volume knob to select "STEREO" or "MONO".
Local/DistanceControl
The local and distance reception setting can improve radio reception, depending
on the location where the radio is being used.

In FM radio mode, press the volume knob until "LOC ON" appears on the
display panel.
2. Rotate the volume knob to select "LOC ON" or "LOC OFF".
