Cart Assembly - DTX Vortex Owner's Manual

Ensure that you have all the parts needed by comparing to the parts list on Page 12. Once you have
determined that you have all the parts necessary you may begin assembly. If anything is missing,

NOTE: Refer to parts list on Page 12 for all parts references.

Cart Assembly

1) Obtain one Axle Post
( ) E . Assemble using two Frame Bolts (

2) Repeat step 1 with remaining parts.
3) With the remaining cross bar ( ), span the two assemblies
together using two more Frame Bolts (
When finished it should look like

4) Ensure the cart frame sits level when placed upside
down on the floor or other flat surface, and that the two
grooves in the axle posts are facing sideways to the
assembly, as shown in F
