Halogen lamp

For continuous light operation, 300W, 650W or max.
1000 W halogen lamps (G 6,35 socket) can be used.
Make sure that the specified fuse (see label on the
panel) is inserted (for replacement, please refer to
page 27, maintenance).
The halogen lamp is switched on and off by pressing
the main switch 4. The fan can be switched off using
switch 1.
In the case of overheating (i.e. operation without fan
cooling) the halogen lamp is switched off automatically
by a thermal switch. Cooling down can be accelerated
by keeping the fan running (switch 1). After cooling
down, the halogen lamp switches on automatically.

Assembly of accessories

Reflectors and softboxes
C-Light lamp heads are equipped with a reflector
quick-change mechanism and can be used with the
whole range of Hensel reflectors and softboxes of the
EH line (adapter Ø: 10cm).
For fixing reflectors or softboxes to the flash head,
please first of all open the holding clamps. For doing
this, please tension lever 7 laterally as far as it will go
against the spring tension. While doing this, the
holding clamps will open. Now attach the accessory
part even and precisely to the unit. Please do not tilt.
By releasing the lever, the holding clamps will enclose
the accessory part completely.
For loosening the accessory, please hold the
accessory part (Attention - it could be hot !) tight and
tension lever 7 again as described above.
In any case please make sure not to damage either
the flash tube or the modeling lamp (danger!).
