This computer prevents overcharging of the battery by recharging only when the
remaining power is less than approx. 95% of capacity after the battery is fully
charged.
Getting a detailed reading

NOTE
The actual remaining battery capacity and the displayed indication may differ.
• The battery indicator light remains red.
• The battery remaining displays 99% and the
indicator light is orange for a long period of
time.
Low battery warning appears after a short pe-
riod of time.
This may be caused by the use of suspend mode
for long periods of time. The battery is discharging
while the computer is in suspend mode when the
AC adapter is not connected.
When the battery pack is not in the computer,
