• Always be sure that the tool is switched off and
unplugged before adjusting or checking function on the
tool.

• Before plugging in the tool, always be sure that the tool
is switched off.
To start the tool, press the "I ( ON )" side of the switch. To
stop, press the "O ( OFF )" side of the switch.
Speed adjusting dial

The tool speed can be infinitely adjusted between 4,000 opm
1
and 12,000 opm by turning the speed adjusting dial, which is
marked 1 to 5. Higher speed is obtained when the dial is
turned in the direction of number 5; lower speed is obtained
when it is turned in the direction of number 1. Refer to the fig-
ure below for the relationship between the number setting on
the adjusting dial and the kind of work.
