I just bought a Trimline 210 and there is no ring sound when a call comes in. What do I need to do to hear it ring so I can answer it. The volume is up, made ring tone to #3, set to DP, ring tone is on high and what are the buttons at the top of the phone something red, something blue and a green plus sign. Does a filter have to be added to the phone outlet? Help
