Scales are precision measuring devices and should always be handled with proper care. - Page 4 EDGE-5K V. Scale Operation 1. Place the scale on a flat, level surface. 2. Tap the key to turn the scale on. 3. Once the scale displays zero, you are ready to weigh. 4. Place items to be weighed on the center of the scale platform. 5. When you are finished weighing, you can turn the scale off by holding the key for 2 seconds.
