When you have to register again
(to erase the authentication information on the TPM chip)
To register again, you have to erase the existing
authentication information saved on the TPM chip and
initialize the TPM chip.

Click the Start > Control Panel > Programs >
Uninstall Program > Infineon TPM Professional
Package and click Uninstall.

If the message window appears, click Yes to remove
the program.
If the Infineon Security Platform message

appears, click No.

Click the Start > Computer > Organize > Folder
and Search Options > View > Hidden files and
folders item, select Show hidden files and folders
and click OK.

Click the Start > Computer > Drive C: >
ProgramData folder and delete the Infineon folder.

The authentication information of the TPM chip is
removed. To use the TPM function, please repeat
the procedures of the TPM chip initialization process.
The paths may differ depending on the operating
system.
