Quick Start Guide

Sonnet DX Thunderbolt Adapter Description
1 – External PCIe x4 Connector Port
Connect the PCIe cable included with your Mojo DX or Nitris
DX between your Avid product and this port.
2 – Thunderbolt Port
Connect the included Thunderbolt cable between this port and
your computer's (or intermediate device's) Thunderbolt port.

You Should Have
The following items should be included in your product package:
• One Sonnet DX Thunderbolt Adapter
• One Thunderbolt cable
System Requirements
Please refer to the Avid Website (www.avid.com) for specific
information regarding system requirements for the Sonnet DX
Thunderbolt Adapter with your Mojo DX or Nitris DX.
Installation Steps
1. Power down your computer and DX device.
2. Connect the PCIe cable included with your Mojo DX or Nitris
3. Connect the included Thunderbolt cable between the Sonnet DX
4. Power up your computer and DX device.

Adapter's external PCIe x4 connector port.
Thunderbolt Adapter's Thunderbolt port and a Thunderbolt port
on your computer or intermediate device; the adapter must be the
last device in the chain.
