- Page 3 24.08.2015 METOS ICE DISPENSER CD40AS INSTALLATION The following operations should be carried out before the ice maker is started: STOP • Check hat the machine has not been damaged in any way during transporta- tion. • Install the ice-maker in the intended position, making sure that it is perfectly level.
- Page 4 24.08.2015 METOS ICE DISPENSER CD40AS STARTING UP The following operations shold be carried out before the ice-maker is started up: STOP To ensure that the water flows smoothley from the machine, the tubes should be inclined at a minimum of 3%, and must not be bent or costricted in any way. The tubes should ideally discharge the water into an open drain-trap.

After every restart using the isolator switch, the machine completes the water-loading cyscle and then passes on automatically to the ice-making cycle.

24.08.2015 METOS ICE DISPENSER CD40AS CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE NB: The machine must be disconnected from the electrical mains and water STOP supply before any cleaning or maintenance operations are carried out. STOP CLEANING OF THE AIR CONDENSING Dust tends to accumulate in the condenser and gradually reduces the freezing power of the machine and threfore the production of ice.
