Add the First/Last Name and email address of the FaxLync user. Click,
"Next".

The "Contact Details" are optional fields, and can be filled out at the
Administrator's discretion. Click, "Next".

The "Custom Field" details are also optional. Click, "Next".

Each FaxLync device has two ports (for two fax devices). Click on the port
that you wish to configure. Note – you may not enable the second port
without having the first port enabled.

Select the fax number that you wish to assign to this port. If the device will
only be associated with outbound fax activity, select, "Outbound Only".
Then enter the CSID, or sending device indentifier. This is the identifying
information that you wish to have printed on the top of each sent
page. Enable the second port and follow the same process, or Click, "Next".
9.
Select the coverpage behavior that you wish to have associated with this
account. Click, "Next".
10.
Select the preferred Date/Time format option that you wish to have
associated with this account and click, "Finish".
Note - If your FaxLync device has been used previously with a Concord, or non-
Concord fax number, please contact Concord Premium Support to perform a
factory reset on the device, allowing it to be used with a new Concord User account
and fax number.
If you are unable to verify the Serial Number of your device, contact Concord
Premium Support.
