If paper is curled significantly,
the print head will contact the
printed surface, smearing
printouts.
When the atmospheric Due to battery characteristics,
temperature is 5C or the charging time becomes
lower. longer in the low temperature
environment.
Cause Corrective action
- Eliminate the curl of the paper.
- Print within the recommended
print area.
Charge the battery in the 5C or
higher temperature environment.
