We have a wall hugger model #A5473 Serial #WH091513202. When the unit is turned off, but plugged in still, the Power Light continues to cycles on & off & when the light is on the unit still releases a little hot air out of the top of the unit. The only way to stop this is to unplug the unit. Is there a way to stop this cycling when the unit is turned off, but plugged in? The unit can not be turned on unless the unit cycles & the Power light comes on.

For the EdenPURE Wall-Hugger model #A5473, the cycling power light and continued hot air release after turning off the unit is normal. The blower fan keeps running to cool down the heat chambers. This is part of its automatic shut-off process. The fan will stop once the heat has been fully expelled. To fully disconnect the unit, turn it off and then unplug it from the outlet after the fan stops running.
When performing filter maintenance, do not force the filter to dry using alternative methods. Doing so could damage the filter. Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored. Some EdenPURE heaters contain a button battery for the remote. If swallowed, it could cause severe injury or death in ®...
Auto ON Timer: With the heater OFF, press the TIMER button to select the number of hours you want the heater to wait until it powers on. You can select between 1-12 hours for the GEN2 and 1-24 with the Wall-Hugger. Heater will power on at the last heat setting it was operated at.
RECOMMENDATIONS To assure maximum performance of the EdenPURE heater, please note the following recommendations: ® 1) For best results, do not locate the heater in an area with a high rate of air filtration and movement as the warm air will be exhausted.
