Closed network communication (feature switch No. 26)
This feature allows you to restrict reception to certain parties. When this feature is selected, the
unit checks the other party's fax/phone number and decides whether to receive.
Reception is possible only when the other party's number is stored in the one-touch and speed
dialing memory of your SFX-33. (Be sure to enter the other party's telephone number
correctly.)
Closed network communication can be turned ON or OFF using feature switch No. 26.
Notes:
Unregistered numbers cannot be received.
Even a registered number cannot be received if the other fax machine does not have a station
identification feature or the station number has not been programmed in their fax machine.
Check with your parties before setting this function.
