CONDITION
No sound.
No sound one channel.
Weak bass/diffused stereo image.
Remote control handset not working.
Standby LED turns red during operation.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Power AC lead unplugged or power not
switched ON.
• Tape Monitor selected.
• Mute on.
• Rear Pre-out/Main-in amp links not fitted.
• Balance control not centered.
• Speaker not properly connected or damaged.
• Input lead disconnected or damaged.
• Speakers wired out of phase.
• Battery flat or incorrectly inserted.
• IR transmitter or receiver windows obstructed.
• IR receiver in direct sun or very bright ambient
light.
• C 375BEE has overheated.
• Overall impedance of loudspeakers too low.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
• Check if AC lead is plugged in and power
switched ON.
• De-select Tape Monitor mode.
• Switch off Mute.
• Fit links.
• Center Balance control.
• Check connections and speakers.
• Check leads and connections.
• Check connections to all speakers in the
system.
• Check or replace battery.
• Remove obstruction.
• Place unit away from direct sun, reduce
amount of ambient light.
• Turn C 375BEE OFF; make sure ventilation
slots on top and bottom of C 375BEE are not
blocked. After C 375BEE has cooled down,
turn back ON.
• Ensure the overall loudspeaker impedance is
not below 4 ohms.
