22. Tap Notify me when email arrives to select and enable or clear and turn off.
23. Tap Sync emails to select and enable or clear and turn off.
24. Tap Sync Contacts to select and enable or clear and turn off.
25. Tap Sync Calendar to select and enable or clear and turn off.
26. Tap Sync task to select and enable or clear and turn off.
27. Tap Automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi to select and enable or clear and turn off.
28. Tap Next.
29. Read Activate device administrator message and tap Activate.
30. Enter a name for your account (optional).
31. Tap Done.

To change the settings for an email account, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Tap Email.
3. Tap the Menu key.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap General preferences. Tap to select the desired settings.
6. Tap the Back key
7. Tap your email account.
8. Tap to select the desired settings.

Delete Email account

To delete an email account, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2. Tap Settings.
Under 'Accounts,' tap Email.
