Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:

Please note all warning symbols. The symbols indicate instructions which
are important for safety reasons. Always observe these instructions as
failure to do so could result in serious injury or damage to property or
equipment! Always keep all labels on the snow thrower clean and reada-
ble.

Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the machine, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety
by a qualified person.

Only use the snow thrower for throwing snow. Do not use the snow
thrower for other purposes it is not designed for.

Carefully read and understand the manual before operating the machine.

Only use the machine for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in
this manual. The machine is not designed for continuous, professional
use.

Do not leave the running snow thrower unsupervised and keep the
machine out of reach of children and persons in need of supervision.

Please observe the corresponding national regulations governing usage
and noise abatement if you intend to use the machine on public streets,
paths or property.

Ensure a safety distance to other persons or animals while operating the
snow thrower. Pay attention not to direct the snow towards persons,
animals or other properties.

Caution: Danger of drawing in! Never place your hands or feet towards or
under rotating parts. Never grasp into the rotating auger (9). Keep clothing
(e. g. longs scarf) away from the rotating auger (9). Do not wear any loose
clothing. Do not try to stop moving parts with your hand or foot.

During operation wear sturdy shoes, safety goggles
and hearing protection.

Always make sure all nuts, bolts or screws are
securely tightened in order to keep the machine in safe operating condi-
tion.

Do not operate the snow thrower without accessory and safety devices,
e. g. the discharge chute (12).
