Questions and answers
The dryer works perfectly as normal except that the water collector remains empty even after drying a towel load. This only started happening recently.
The water collector in a Hotpoint CDN 7000 dryer could remain empty after drying a towel load if the water collection system has not yet been primed. When the dryer is new, it may take 1 or 2 drying cycles before the system starts collecting water.
