10. To attach the lower U Bracket to the pole:
a. Insert the two M12x130 Bolts into the lower U Bracket.
b. Slide the V Bracket on the M12x130 Bolts, so that the pole is
between the U Bracket and V Bracket.
c. Secure each bolt using a M12 Serrated Flange Nut.
