Permanent Installation

Note: Use fixed pipeline.
1. When planning Pump location, select a clean, level,
dry location indoors or outdoors, close to the water
supply, with a 120V GFCI protected outlet nearby.
2. Mount Pump to solid surface with
appropriate hardware.
Note: The Pump is not self priming. A Check
Valve is included to help keep Pump primed.
3. Remove strainer from Check Valve
by turning it counterclockwise.

4. Incorporate the following items into the plumbing:
See "Figure D".
a. check valve on inlet (make sure it is positioned
so water will flow in the proper direction),
b. in-line shutoff ball valves (sold separately)
on inlet and outlet, and
c. unions (sold separately) on inlet and outlet.
5. Remove Priming Plug, fill cavity with
water until water overflows. Replace
Priming Plug and tighten securely.
