Driver or application software installation failed.

Check if the wireless internet service is currently available and
working in your region. Check if the SIM card supports the service or
not, or for further information contact your local network operator.
In order to make sure that the software was uninstalled properly, do
not pull out the USB modem during the uninstall process and instead
wait for the completion of the uninstallation. Then go to "My
Computer"
changes again. A window should pop up saying device drivers need
to be installed, at which point you should cancel all install requests.
Next to the devices yellow question mark icons will appear. Right-
click these devices, select "uninstall" to completely uninstall device
drivers, so you can then uninstall the USB modem driver safely and
completely.
Caused by the internal modem in
your PC.
User inserted the wrong SIM card or
the SIM card is not inserted properly.

Ensure at least 50MB of free disk space.
Before installing driver, close all other programs.
Check that the SIM card is fully inserted into the SIM card
slot, ensuring that it is installed in the correct direction.
If the indicator light is still not flashing, disconnect the USB
port and re-insert the SIM, then reconnect.
Connect the USB modem to the PC, then wait about 5-10
seconds, then run the application. The application will
automatically test if the equipment is connected or not and if
the SIM is inserted correctly or not.
Follow the below steps to check the modem driver: right-
click My Computer
Manage
Modem/Ports.
Make sure the modem name "Mobile Connector", the port
name "Device Diagnostic Interface" and "Device Application
Interface" are all displayed and do not show warning signs.
If any warnings are shown, take out the USB modem and
plug it in again, then the drive can be installed.
If you still see a warning marker, follow these steps: right-
click the "Mobile Connector", "Device Diagnostic Interface"
and "Device Application Interface", then in the pop-up menu,
select "uninstall" to uninstall the existing drivers. Take the
modem out, then plug it back in again and enter the
installation menu of the driver.
If the SIM card is a prepaid card, make sure that the card has
enough balance.
Check the dial-up connection, click on it's properties to
verify the modem connection.

A SIM card problem is possible. Try another SIM card.
If it is not a SIM card problem, it may be a network server
instability. Try another network providers SIM card.
