  • Page 3 Thank you for purchasing our USB modem. Before use, please read the manual carefully. This manual will help you complete the USB Modem installation and show you how to use it. You will then be able to enjoy the fun of wireless internet surfing anywhere, anytime. The 3.5G USB Modem is backward compatible with HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS/GSM, up to 7.2Mbps maximum speed.
  • Page 4 Different operating systems required for the installation and un-installation procedure may cause the procedure to be different from the one described in this manual. If you see any differences, please follow the guidelines on the computer to install the software and drive. Please start your computer, then connect the USB modem to the PC.
  • Page 5 Wait for the computer to automatically install the data card driver, then wait for 1-3 minutes depending on the level of computer configuration required. If step (7) does not start automatically, please follow step (8), otherwise go straight to step (9). Start “My Computer”, right click “HSDPA USB Modem”...

Try another SIM card.
  • Page 7 When the modem is connected to the PC, do not insert a SIM card. Do not open the modem cover to repair it yourself. You should contact the Kogan customer support team. Do not shake or hit the modem.
