PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing our USB modem. Before use, please read the manual carefully. This manual will help you complete the USB Modem installation and show you how to use it. You will then be able to enjoy the fun of wireless internet surfing anywhere, anytime. -

8 – SOFTWARE & DRIVER INSTALLATION Different operating systems required for the installation and un-installation procedure may cause the procedure to be different from the one described in this manual. If you see any differences, please follow the guidelines on the computer to install the software and drive. - Page 5 5: Click on “My Computer”, then right-click the “HSDPA USB Modem” device and select “Autoplay”, as shown below. 6: After installation is complete, press FINISH. 7: Wait for the computer to automatically install the data card driver, then wait for 1-3 minutes depending on the level of computer configuration required.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Driver or application software installation failed a) Ensure at least 50MB of free hard disk space. b) Before installing the driver, close all other programs. LED indicator not flashing a) Check if the SIM card is inserted into the SIM card slot fully and make sure it is installed in the correct direction. -

Driver did not complete the uninstallation In order to make sure that the software was uninstalled properly, do not pull out the USB modem during the uninstall process and instead wait for the completion of the uninstallation. Then go to “My Computer” → “Manage” → “Device Manager” and scan for hardware changes again. -

2 – When the modem is connected to the PC, do not insert a SIM card. 3 – Do not open the modem cover to repair it yourself. You should contact the Kogan customer support team. 4 – Do not shake or beat the modem.
