Inserting Screwdriver Bits into the Bit Magazine
(see figure B–C)
When changing the application tool, wear safety goggles. Do not
stare directly into the tool holder. When changing the tool insert, it
can be thrown out toward the front.
Only insert one screwdriver bit per chamber into the bit magazine.
Use only short standard screwdriver bits. Longer screwdriver bits
cannot be loaded into the bit magazine.
– Turn the bit magazine 11 until an empty chamber can be seen in view-
ing window 3.
– Push the sliding switch 7 toward the front.
– Insert the screwdriver bit 1 directly into the tool holder 2.
– Push the sliding switch 7 to the rear to load the screwdriver bit 1 into
bit magazine 11.
– As soon as you push the sliding switch 7 to the rear or actuate the
On/Off switch 10 when in the rear position, the bit magazine 11 is illu-
minated for approx. 20 seconds.
Changing the Tool (see figure D)

– Turn the bit magazine 11 until the desired screwdriver bit 1 can be
seen in viewing window 3.
– Push the sliding switch 7 toward the front.
