An Easy Solution for Most Problems: Reboot Your STB

(Your STB will take roughly 2-6 minutes to reboot.)
"I Do Not Have A Picture." (Blue or Snowy Screen)
1st CHECK
- Check if the STB has Power. This is indicated by a
GREEN lighted ring around the Power button on the STB.

2nd CHECK
- Check if the LINK light is ON. This is indicated with a
GREEN light.
(See Set-top Box Guide for Illustration.) If this LINK light is OFF,
you need to Reboot Your STB, see instructions on the following pages.
