Assembly and Preoperation

ASSEMBLY AND PRE-OPERATION

1. Slide the handle assembly over the
lower legs of the cart base. Use the
(supplied) star knob and bolts to
secure the handle to the legs (See
Figure 4).
2. Slide clear plastic detergent hose onto
brass hose barb (See Figure 5).
3. Insert quick connect spray nozzles into
rubber holders on front of the placard.
(See Figure 6).
4. Secure garden hose (not included) to
the inlet connection on pump (See
Figure 7).
5. Connect the high pressure hose to the
pump outlet (See Figure 8).
6. Attach the lance to the gun (See Figure
9).
7. Install quick connect nozzle (See
Figure 10).

TRIGGER SAFETY LATCH

In the engaged position, the trigger
safety latch prevents the gun from being
triggered accidentally. Push the latch fully
up to engage it (See Figure 11 and 12).
Always engage the trigger safety latch
when the unit is not in use.
