The wheel on your Euro-Pro 9130C is likely seized because the bobbin winder switch is not in the sewing position. To fix this, push the bobbin winder switch to the left into the "sewing position."

The Euro-Pro 9130C wheel does not turn in one direction because the bobbin winder switch is not in the "sewing position." To allow the wheel to turn properly, push the bobbin winder switch to the left into the sewing position.
