Situation:
An incorrect part was used in the design of the controller which could cause in-
compatibility between the drive mechanism and the controller board if either the
drive. mechanism or controller board has been replaced. This incompatability will
NOT appear on new uni ts that have n,at had' the drive mechanism or cont roller
replaced.
Solution:
Return all 09122-69504 controller boards to SMR or CSG for upgrade to n'ew part
number 09122-69514.
