Set the recording format to 576/50i.

B Recording time prioritised
* This option allows you to record in 1080/50p (1920k1080/50 progressive), which is the highest
picture quality for this unit.

≥ When the unit is moved a lot or moved quickly, or when a fast-moving subject is recorded
