1) Input Panel

Connects the power amplifier to the loudspeaker. Also has user adjustable controls and
Powermeter™ protection indicator.

2) Bi-amp Switch

Enables Bi-amp operation (locking connectors only) when switch is set to Bi-amp mode. Note
that the Bi-amp switch does not remove the internal crossover circuit. For passive operation (all
inputs) the switch is set to passive mode and all connectors are paralleled

3) Presence Switch

A 2-position switch used to adjust the signal level of the mid/high frequencies for BOOST (+4dB)
or FLAT output.

4) Interlocking Connectors

Signal Input: 4 terminal Interlocking connector for NL4FC type in-line connectors. Used for both
PASSIVE and BIAMP modes. Use terminals #1 +/- for PASSIVE mode or for BIAMP LF input.
Use terminals #2 +/- for BIAMP HF input (not used for PASSIVE mode). The two connectors are
paralleled.

5) Dual 1/4 in. Phone Jacks

Signal Input for 1/4-in. tip/sleeve (2 conductor) phone plug. Tip = +, Sleeve = -. Use either jack
for PASSIVE mode. Not used for BIAMP mode. The two jacks are paralleled.
6) The LED indicators light Green to show signal presence, Yellow to show the first stage of
protection and Red when in full protect mode, which indicates the loudspeaker is being
overdriven.
