The Predator 212cc engine may not turn over after a mini bike accident due to several possible issues:

1. Compression Problems:
- The cylinder may not be lubricated, especially if the bike was stored or unused after the accident. Add a tablespoon of oil into the spark plug hole and crank the engine a few times.
- The spark plug may be loose or broken, causing a hissing noise. Tighten or replace the spark plug.
- A damaged or loose cylinder head or head gasket can also cause hissing and prevent starting. Tighten the head or replace the gasket if needed.

2. Ignition Issues:
- The spark plug cap may be broken. Replace the spark plug cap.
- There may be incorrect spark timing or a faulty ignition system. A qualified technician should diagnose and repair it.

3. Electrical Problems (Electric Start Models Only):
- The circuit breaker may have tripped. Reset the breaker and check wiring or the starter motor.

Check these areas in order and follow all safety precautions during inspection or repair.
