4 Troubleshooting

Notes: 1. Before troubleshooting, setup the PC's display as below.
• Resolution: 1280 x 768
• H-frequency: 48 KHz
• V-frequency: 60 Hz
2. If no picture appears, make sure the power cord is correctly connected.
3. Check the following circuits.
• No raster appears: Stand PCB, Main PCB
• 14V develop but no screen: Main PCB
• 14V does not develop: Main PCB
4. If you push and hold the Exit for more than 5 seconds, the monitor automatically returns back
to the factory preset.

appear at DC jack and
Pin 39, 40, 41 of CN201?

Does proper DC 5V, DC 3.3V
appear at Pin 2 of IC101,
and Pin 2 of IC103?
Yes
Does proper DC 2.5V
appear at Pin 3 of IC104?
Yes
Does proper 3.3V and 5.0V
appear at Pin 5, 6 of IC105 and
Pin 7, 8 of IC105? (Pin 2 (*OFF_SW)
and Pin 4 (*PANEL_EN) of IC105
must be low level)

Check IC301.
