Messages for audio functions

When problems occur with AV source playback, an error message appears on the display. Refer
to the table below to identify the problem, then take the suggested corrective action. If the error
persists, record the error message and contact your dealer or your nearest Pioneer service center.
The messages in "( )" will appear on the "Rear display".

system is out of the normal operat
ing range.
Undefined error
Files that are protected by digital
rights management (DRM).
All the files on the inserted disc are
secured by DRM.
The playback history for VOD con
tents cannot be saved for some rea
son.
The device does not match the de
vice registered with the VOD provi
der. VOD content cannot be played
back.
High definition (HD) DivX video can
not be played.
Cause
Files that are protected by digital
rights management (DRM).
This type of file cannot be played by
this unit.
Action (Reference)
Clean the disc.
Replace the disc.
Check that the disc is loaded correctly.

! Set the ACC to off and then set it to on
again.
Replace the DVD Video with one bearing the
correct region number.
Replace the disc with one the navigation sys

Wait until the unit's temperature returns to
within normal operating limits.
