Recording
The memory is used completely
earlier than expected.
Recording is suspended by itself.
Howling occurs when listening
to the recording in progress with
earphones.
Recording ended halfway.

• Remaining recording time largely differs depending on the recording mode.

• Is much data stored? Delete unnecessary files.
• VAS is functioning. (➜ page 26)
• Turn down the volume. (➜ page 15)
• Keep earphones and this unit separate. (➜ page 16)
• When you are using an external microphone, keep earphones and external
microphone separate.
• If the unit receives a shock (e.g. it is dropped), if the battery comes off or the
battery runs out during recording, recording data may not be updated.
• There may be no space left in the memory.
• You formatted the internal memory of this unit or the SD card using the
computer. If they are formatted using the computer, the optimum performance
of this unit may not be achieved. Format it on this unit. (➜ page 53)
• This unit may not operate correctly depending on the SD card manufacturer or
type of SD card.
