7.2 DIAGNOSIS

7.2.1 DISASSEMBLY

- Removing the Upper Case(Fig.5)
Remove the three screws, and then remove
the Cover.
Remove the ten screws, and then remove the
Upper Case.
- Removing the CD Mechanism Module
(Fig.6)
1. Remove the four dampers.
2.Remove the two springs.
3.Disconnect the connector and then removing the CD
Mechanism Module.
- Removing the Grille Assy(Fig.6)
1.Remove the two screws.
2. Press the two tabs indicated by arrows and then
pull out the Grille Assy.
- Removing the Main PCB(Fig.7)
Remove the two screws.
Remove the screw.
Stretch the claw indicated by arrow and
remove the main PCB.
