Wheels (both wheels)
Do they spin freely?

Are they centered and aligned?

Is there air in the tyres?
3.
Are the quick releases properly closed?
4.
Are the wheels safely mounted?
5.
Brakes (front and rear brake)
Is the rotor correctly positioned in the calliper?

Do the levers work?
2.
Do the wheels brake?
3.
Pedals & Crank
Are the pedals properly mounted?
1.
Is the crank properly functioning?
2.
Is the chain properly functioning?
3.
Saddle and seat post
Is the saddle properly mounted on the seat post?
1.
Is the seat post properly attached to the seat tube?
2.
Is the height of the seat post correct?
3.
Stem and handlebars
Is the stem properly inserted in the head part?
1.
Is the handlebar correctly mounted onto the stem?
2.
Are the brake levers correctly mounted and positioned in a 45 degree angle?
3.
Last:
Secure that all bolts & nuts are securely tightened and that the bicycle is working properly.
