PROBLEMS
(SYMPTOMS)
The display is not functioning prop-
erly.
A fault or error code is displayed.
For no apparent reason the welding
characteristics have change.
If for any reason you do not understand the test procedures or are unable to perform the test/repairs safely, con-
tact the Lincoln Electric Service Department for electrical troubleshooting assistance before you proceed.

of this manual for normal opera-
tion characteristics.
2. Check for proper current and
voltage calibration.

and output are set correctly for
the process being used. (CV,
CC,TIG etc.)

shielding gas and wire speed are
correct for
